Brayden's Baptism

Part of the reason we waited until July to move was so that Brayden could get baptized in Washington. We gave him a choice and he wanted to be baptized there. So the big day came and I am so proud of him for his choice.  He was so happy the whole day.  At the Stake Baptism program they always have the kids sing "When I Am Baptized", and you could hear Brayden just singing his heart out. He had a smile on his face the whole time and you could see that he was so happy to be there and so happy to be baptized.  Of course we were the last ward to go so we had to wait quite awhile but it was nice to sit and reflect after having such a crazy week with the packing and getting ready to move.  I love Brayden so much. He is a sweet, sensitive little soul.  And he really is trying to feel the Holy Ghost in his everyday decisions.
Thanks to the Payne family and my parents for enduring the scorching heat to be with us. And thanks to all of our friends who came to support Brayden.  And a big THANKS to the Sheppard's (our Bishop) for opening up their home for us!
