Happy New Year

By tradition, we NeVEr do AnYtHinG on New Years.  I do not like this tradition! So this year I decided to change the tradition.  I made a plan and we went out to Chinese with my parents and then caught trax and went downtown to see the lights at Temple Square.  We didn't know that there were things planned all over at Temple Square so it was a fun surprise.  We went into the tabernacle and heard a group sing which was also nice to warm up. The lights are always so beautiful and it wasn't too crowded (which helps keep Mike from going crazy).  It was a fun night with the family.  We made it home just before midnight and watched the ball drop.  Mike even stayed up.  That was the bonus for the night! Happy 2012!
