For family night last night we had planned on going to the Pumkin Patch/Farm. Then our friends the McDougals came in town from up north, (that's what we locals say down here when people are visiting from your know where)so we had dinner at the park and then took them with us. Our kids are about the same age and although they had never met, they became instant friends. It was a great time catching up with them. We met up with the Priors and Atkinsons and of course we always seem to run into friends at the corn maze. The farm is always so fun. They have animals, slides, swings, pumpkins, the corn maze (which Brayden does not like), wagon rides and more. Brayden even caught a chicken and then was shown the correct way to hold it. It was such a fun night and afterwords we did what is becoming an annual "hot chocolate and treats" with the Priors and Atkinsons and the McDougals. It was a great family night!
