the birthday journal

So Jackson's birthday was a great day. Last year I spent ALL day making his much wanted Mickey Mouse cake. And while doing that, I was getting annoyed at him for bothering me while I was trying to make his cake...

So this year, I decided to buy a cake and spend the day with him. We had our usual muffin with a candle to start off the day.

We had friends over in the morning then went to McDonalds with four of his friends (because he is four). He had a great time! Thanks friends!

Then we went to get his cake, played till the kids got home from school, got a haircut, had costco pizza for his birthday dinner (his choice), opened presents and had his store bought Kung Fu Panda cake. Then we all stayed up too late playing on his new race track! It was a Happy Birthday day!
