Trick or Treat Rehab

We are finally coming down off of the initial sugar high and we are now in phase two of the sugar binge. I don't want the candy but it is in such convenient bite size pieces. And it's everywhere. How do we, the sugar addicts, overcome all the goodies!
Halloween was a crazy fun day. We did the school parade in the morning, which had a quick rainstorm right before, and ruined Karly's faux moccasins. Then rushed home to put the chili in the crock pot and get ready for Brayden's class party (I'm room mom). Ran to that.. had lots of fun too.. thanks to all my room mom helpers! We came home and I decided to do my doughnuts. So I started that and it made me miss all my Boise friends and the fun Halloweens with them. We had dinner with the Jensens, the kids went trick or treating and then we had the doughnut party afterwards. It was lots of fun and thanks to all the friends that came over! It was another great Halloween! Brayden at his class party

Here is Karly in her Indian costume that I made.

Here's the kids with our pumpkins at the end of trick or treating! Boy my finger hurts from that silly little pumpkin saw!
